POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking passionate and experienced nursing professionals to join our team in dedicated educational roles. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Support the development and implementation of educational initiatives across the nursing department

Serve as a preceptor or mentor to junior nursing staff, facilitating skill development and clinical competency

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote evidence-based practice and high-quality patient care

Contribute to the design and delivery of educational programs and materials

Assist in evaluating staff performance and identifying individual learning needs

QUALIFICATIONS

Clinical Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Critical Care or Emergency Care

Educational Experience:

Demonstrated experience in Preceptorship, Mentorship, or a formal Teaching/Education role in a clinical setting

Strong clinical acumen with a track record of mentoring or precepting junior staff

Passionate about professional development and ongoing education

Currently holds, or is in the process of obtaining, a recognized qualification in nursing education

Bachelors Degree in Nursing Required
